[A few steps across the room and he unloads a shot right into the walker's head, her body falling a few feet in front of Andrea. His eyes meet hers for a brief second before he turns to fire a shot at the window and another toward the door.]
Yeah. [ But that comes after a pause, and it's shaky at best. She's trying to be, she really is. In fact, she's standing up now, though one hand's on the wall for a second to steady herself. ] I just-... I guess I'm a little confused, that's all. [ Her tone suggests that 'confused' is more like 'blindsided and kind of horrified, ngl' but she's not about to say that. ]
[A moment's hesitation before he crosses the room to stand next to Andrea, a look of concern on his face and a little flash of fear in his eyes.]
We better get outta this building and find somewhere safe. They're all out in the halls, this place is gone. [And, really, he doesn't know what else to do.] I ain't gotta clue what's goin' on. I never thought I'd have to see one of these fuckers again, but this place... I swear, this place just keeps on throwin' me curveballs.
[ For a second, it doesn't seem like she's going to reply. Her gaze ends up back on Amy, despite everything. But then she's reaching out to snag him by the arm (more a 'hey, Shane' than any actual dragging) and heading for the window with the fire escape. There are zombies there, too, but the fact stands that walkers can't climb ladders. However they got up there, the four or five directly pressing against the window are gonna be the only ones. Then they've got a clear path down to ground level. In theory, anyway.
She's lifting her gun to try to shoot them each in the head, but only a second later remembers that she used the last of her clip on Amy and her spare's in the bedroom that is now somehow filled with walkers. ]
Oh, hell no, you ain't goin' out there without a loaded gun.
[Without hesitation, Shane pulls the Glock 17 from his belt and hands it to Andrea. She has two options: use his pistol or sit tight while he goes to get the spare out of her bedroom.]

Andrea, God I... [A deep breath] You okay?

Take it.
